RETURNS POLICY 

Returns of products are not accepted. Each product is handmade specifically for each order, and before shipping it is thoroughly checked for quality.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect you your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item. The damaged package must be reported to the courier and checked together with the courier. Based on the protocol of opening the damaged package, the return will be processed within 14 business days. To obtain a refund, please send photos of the damaged package and the damaged product to martinlevinbags@gmail.com

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES  

Exchange of goods for another is not accepted.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company.
